by Steve Jobs - in Business Week May 25,1998
This is apparently an extract out of an interview with Steve Jobs in 1998.
It matters a lot to make the difficult things sound simple. Jobs talks about getting the thinking clean. People have a need for clarity before they start moving. Clarity is necessary before you get into strategy and work with you team. Aliging on the direction is incredibly important.
In that sense, it is an important skill to master: clean your head, so there is space to create clarity and take the right actions.
With clarity, you know where you want to go and you'll be able to motive others to go there too.
