Ohana

Ohana translates to "family" in Hawaiian.
For me it embodies the principle that all living things are connected and that individuals have a responsibility to care for their family, community, and the environment.

Short History:
In 2017, while working for a consultancy organisation, the organisation of the business unit was build on the 4 foundational principles. They have proven to be very effective.
