Mindset is key. Radical Responsibility taps directly into self-leadership. More than ever, making the right decision, building the right thing, ... is important. And for many of those things, the individual act as a leader. There is much to look into; but over the past few years; I got inspired by a couple of concepts that helped me to own a bit more what I do. I've bundled them into what I like to call the concept of :
